Bug: Journal name collision "Education for Health" and "Education and Health"

Describe the Bug
Education for Health is a different journal than Education and Health. (Confusing to me as well)

However, Semantic Scholar appears to treat them as the same.

Examine this paper on PubMed:

The listed journal is Educ Health (Abingdon). This journal is Education for Health.
