Problem leap year

This library shows Esfand month 1403 as 29 days, which is actually a 30-day month but This shows Esfand month 1404 as 30.

با سلام، من هم با این خطا روبرو شدم و دلیلش هم همونطور که در بالا ذکر شده کبیسه بودن این سال هستش. در خود سایت علی بابا هم الان این خطا وجود داره و از سال بعد به مشکل خواهند خورد.
