I have seen the latest version and i think there are a few concept missing
EASY-Appointment is the name but having to do too many clicking / steps is not easy
when someone books appointment, i get the notified, then i can login to backend to fully view...now i suggest on the popup box, we should have CONFIRM or APPROVED, and DECLINE instead of only edit, delete or cancel buttons. I dont need to do more clicking to get to where i have click to select status of the appointment. ...clicking on the appointment on the calendar should give me access to confirm the appointment so the customer can get notified for CONFIRMED or DECLINED with note
the end user / customer should also be given a CONFIRM BUTTON if admin or provider is to change the appointment date or time. not only a cancel button please
if you can increase the font size of the status in the notification email and add a green check-mark next to bold CONFIRMED for easy view. they should also see PENDING status in their confirmation email when they first book appointment
allow priority status too.. upon booking appointment.. RUSH, URGENT, EMERGENCY, HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW....makes more difference people who provide emergency after hours services. i can book a service appointment and let the provider know how urgent or severity a situation is, if they can make a rush visit
may be, remove the end user time zone...not relevant since they have to go with the time zone of the business provider
make attendants optional...only an online class or some sort will need it...not a painter or a handyman
when an appointment is approved ...the confirmation email should go as a checklist form for the customer to outline some things...such as who will be at home for the appointment, confirm person is 18+, pet or not pet, buzzer code for entry, and some note box for any instructions they may have
click a check box to acknowledge read of terms & conditions....
after completion, it wont be a bad idea for service provider or admin to close appointment with COMPLETED status and email sent notification sent to customer with a thank you message and ask for google view or social media follow...repeat customers would always love to review your service
you have done a great job. Thank you for your kind effort and time put into developing this web app. making it extra easy as it name says, wont be a bad move!

1- I think it is pretty easy to change status
3- You can add a status named "Your appointment application waiting for aproval"
8- There is already. Just enable it from backend
9- You can add status named "COMPLETED" change it after appointment and email will be sent if you set it up.
