Command Line Use in Windows

Hi -- first, thanks for yarle, it works great. I see that it is possible to do a folder full of enex files at once using the command line, but I'm either not using the write options or maybe I don't have the command line executable installed? When I try, it opens the point and click app. This is on windows. Thanks for any pointers. David
