Request transcript

Problem Statement:

The application currently does not provide transcripts for all lectures, leading to challenges for users who rely on written content for better understanding or reference. While transcribing every lecture may be cost-prohibitive, not offering any option for users is equally unsatisfactory.

Proposed Solution:

Implement a feature that allows users to request a transcript for lectures that do not have a pre-generated version

1. Add a "Request Transcript" button to the lecture interface.
2. Upon clicking the button, the application will initiate the process to generate a transcript for that specific lecture.
3. While the transcript is being generated, users can still listen to the lecture.
4. Once the transcript is ready, it will be made available alongside the lecture audio, allowing users to read along as they listen.
