Random reboots: Task watchdog got triggered @ AirGradient Open Air

I just received my AirGradient Open Air Kit and flashed it with https://github.com/ajfriesen/ESPHome-AirGradient/blob/main/air-gradient-open-air.yaml @ ESPHome 2024.4.2

I experience random reboots between 500 and 1500 seconds.
Below is a log from around the latest crash, and below that a excerpt from another crash. All TG0WDT_SYS_RST reboots.
Any Idea what causes this and how to fix it?

I could narrow it down with more lazy debugging and logging.
The problem seems to occur, when the http request is made, to submit the data to http://hw.airgradient.com/
The http post requests seem to take between 1000 and 1500ms minimum. Maybe depending on the load of the website even more, which might cause a reboot, because the internal watchdog isn't reset in time.
For now, I disabled the http posting of the data to AirGradient.

Okay, now that I disabled the posting of data to AirGradient, I face another issue.
The AQI and NowCast values are never calculated, the minutes remaining for NowCast decreases down from 720 to 660 and then immediately goes up to 720. The AQI minutes remaining decreases from 1080 to 1020 and then resets to 1080 as well.
The Uptime is constantly rising, so a reboot can be ruled out as cause.
Is there a general problem in the above-mentioned yaml code here from the repo?
