This is a space to discuss on the possibility of adding Podman as a method to run containers as opposed to the current supported method of using Rancher Desktop and Docker Engine (for Linux). This is started due to a method that Podman has that Docker doesn't (at least in Linux) to map user namespace between host and container using --userns keep-id:uid=2222,gid=2222.
For now it remains as a possibility (and perhaps a place to ask for Podman issues pertaining to the use of Kapitan Hull) and not something to be added into the main guide documentation.
