Is there a way to prevent screen mirroring of an AIR app on android mobile devices?

I'm not sure if that's possible .. someone has mentioned a 'secure' flag which sounds like it will prevent a secondary display if that's considered insecure, but doesn't seem to stop screen mirroring itself: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47175694/how-to-disable-screen-mirroring

Someone else suggested checking how many displays are present, and changing your app's behaviour appropriately?
