Create Ubuntu VMs in Jetstream and create kubernetes cluster #68

Since Istio requires Kubernetes >=1.14 and Fedora machine doesn't allow Kubernetes update, as a workaround, please create Kubernetes cluster with Ubuntu VMs with Kubernetes >=1.14

An allowed quota on the Jetstream cloud is full. Hence cant create new instance. The instance we are not using or no more needed has to delete first.

Deleted unused instances to setup new one.

Creating 4 new instances. Out of which 1 will be of medium size which can be use as a master node and other 3 of a quad size which we can treat a slave.
