I would like to know if it works well on folia and if it has already been tested on it.

All folia should do is change how regions in the world are ticked, so it should not interfere with commands, also I have a plugin with acf and folia support and never had problems directly with ACF, if stuff fails is because you might be trying an operation that is not allowed like using the global thread to access entity/region/location specific data
