HTMLBars doesn't support all of handlebars.
Part of that is partials.

Bringing this up since https://github.com/ahumphreys87/handlebars-idom/blob/master/lib/compiler.js#L3

and tildeio/htmlbars#444 (comment)

Thanks @rafde, sorry for the delay on this - only just getting time to come back around to it! I think I need to look at using the full handlebars parser for this. Last time I looked the AST wasn't great though :(
