Strip alternative cover preamble from some Goodreads descriptions #9

Some book descriptions returned from Goodreads include a preamble along the lines of:

Alternate cover for: ISBN 0393315711/ISBN13 978039331571

Or

An alternative cover for this ISBN can be found

We should strip this.

Examples include:

"The Beatles" by Hunter Davies
"A Dance with Dragons" by George R.R. Martin
"Mike at Wrykyn" by P.G. Wodehouse
