Support multiple Schedulers

If the configuration is extended to support two or more sets of properties, then multiple schedulers can be started from one app (e.g. one clustered and one not). Need to consider what else needs to change or could change as a result, one being that job classes need to declare which scheduler(s) they are registered in.
