debug-tweaks by default enabled in kas configuration?

I'm not sure if enabling the debug-tweaks in the kas-poky-rpi.yml file is still a good idea?
It could be placed in comment. Or mentioned in the documentation who to enable it. But I would leave it to the user to decide.

I am not a kas user, so I'll let the community weigh in.

debug-tweaks is a user preference and kas is an optional (intrusive) tool anyway, so a comment would be fine.
