Write tests for the auto-updater

Hi @gallindo absolutely!

Would be great to verify that the auto-updater prompts a user to upgrade if it's version is out of date. Perhaps installing the previous version in the test environment and then asserting that the prompt is displayed?

Also testing that the agentstack update command does increment the version number and runs without error would be great.

Currently, the CLI is tested using the command's response (stdout, stderr, returnCode), but if you've got any ideas to make that more robust we're all ears.

Pushed a fix that will be relevant to your work: #127

We should explicitly enable the auto-update check in the tests when we're validating it's functionality, but it should remain disabled in the rest of the tests.
