How can i know, which permission is necessary to fetch which data from healthkit app?

How will i come to know that which permission i have asked from user is required to fetch which type of data from user? there are so many permissions like VitaminC, VitaminD, VitaminE, VitaminK, Zinc, Water, why we are requesting these permissions? what kind of data these permissions helps us to fetch?
