[Adding underline in navbar] <To conclude which section we are in >

Description

Hey,
I want to add underline under section of navbar so that user can know which section he is surfing on
This is a common feature but still it enhances the UI/UX of the webapp.
I will share the screenshot where I want to use this.
Here we are on discover tab but without the text it's quite confusing
So I will use an underline on navbar to highlight it.

Please assign me this issue
So, that I start working on it .
