Example dataset: SAMEA3647069

For me the assembly tab takes forever to load, and then displays a faulty image:

Ideas:

  • Remove contigBar when sequencecount is above some threshold
  • Use canvas or svg to display the data instead of overlaying progress bars for each sequence
