Congratulations, looks like a very interesting project. Looking forward to using it.

Describe the bug
I'd like to import a set of R5 data into pathling.

To Reproduce

  • I've read the docs, but don't see a way to specify R5
  • I've installed the software and notice
$ curl -s  http://localhost:8080/fhir/metadata | jq .fhirVersion
"4.0.1"

Expected behavior
Some method to set fhirVersion. e.g.

hapi.fhir.fhir_version: R5

Hi @bwalsh,

We can certainly look at adding this, we just haven't thus far due to lack of demand.

To help guide us in how we do it, would you mind letting us know a bit more about how you intend to use it?

Would you be interested in using the server, Python + R libraries, or all of the above?

Are you working with a particular FHIR implementation guide?
