Currently:
We have internal customers that don't have a channel created in the adobe-dx-support.slack.com workspace, for which we'd like to report internally in the adobe.enterprise.slack.com workspace, but in their own channel, not the common one.

Ability to configure reporting on specified channel and mentions from adobe.enterprise.slack.com workspace for internal customers.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not offering this for internal customers.
Creating slack channels in adobe-dx-support.slack.com workspace for internal customers as well.
