This came in to my inbox: https://bigquery.cloud.google.com/table/ghtorrent-bq:ght.users?tab=preview

Essentially, GHTorrent.org is scraping user profiles and putting the data into BigQuery tables. If this is legit, then this should replace/make obsolete about 90% of this project. Yay! 🎉
