In the heavy masters of some characters with the 糹 component, this 糹 looks shrunk and thinner than it should have been. This is particularly noticeable in the character 絕, as shown in the example image below:
The following glyphs exhibit this issue (I only checked the frequently used characters):
Character
Glyph name
Remarks
絕 (U+7D55)
uni7D55-CN
細 (U+7D30)
uni7D30-CN
紜 (U+7D1C)
uni7D1C-CN
維 (U+7DAD)
uni7DAD-CN
紐 (U+7D10)
uni7D10-TW
緝 (U+7DDD)
uni7DDD-TW
總 (U+7E3D)
uni7E3D-CN
(added 2024/9/22)
鑼 (U+947C)
uni947C-CN
(added 2024/9/11)
Here is an example of the adjustments, using the 糹 component in uni7D17-HK as the base: ref.zip (I replaced both the ExtraLight and Heavy masters)
(Please ignore the design difference in the radical 金)
While the primary issue is with 絕 (U+7D55), I believe that 細 (U+7D30), 紜 (U+7D1C), 鑼 (U+947C) and 維 (U+7DAD) also warrant adjustments. For 紐 (U+7D10) and 緝 (U+7DDD), the adjustments may be less necessary, but I am including them for your consideration.
