Add avocado to the CI pipeline?

@SimonMarquis Since we're currently migrating our icons here should we also add Avocado ?

I'm not sure if we really want to bake this into the PR pipeline, but having it run periodically or manually would be great indeed. Even though, I'm not sure if this would be really helpful in the long run (xml drawables will not change that often, and are mostly limited to small icons).
I'll try to setup something simple for now 👍

Here is what it would look like with this input:
I'm not sure this will be very helpful for this project. Most of the gains we can have will be on the step "before", meaning a real SVG compression by reducing the precision. And this will have to remain a somewhat manual step...
