I can't include deeplake[enterprise] in the requirements.txt file

Hello,

I'm using Deeplake from langchain_community as shown in the following image.

My problem arises when I create a new requirements.txt file using pip freeze > requirements.txt. The package is included as deeplake:

So far, everything is good. However, when I move this API to a Linux server, create a virtual environment, install the packages from the requirements.txt file, and start the API, I encounter an error:

The error message tells me to use pip install deeplake[enterprise]. I can install it manually without any issues, but I want to know if there is a way to install deeplake[enterprise] by simply writing:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Hi @Muhamed555 Installing deeplake should install the package that comes with deeplake[enterprise], so something is wrong here. Can you please upgrade pip and install libdeeplake. If you get errors, can you please post the full stacktrace.

pip install --upgrade pip
pip install libdeeplake

Thanks for the answer. I think I found what was causing the problem.

On my local system, I was using Python version 3.9.11. Somehow, this was the issue. I upgraded to version 3.9.12, rebuilt the requirements.txt file, and it worked well!
