Proposal to streamline the form submission process

We are currently facing a challenge with the submission form on our website. The form is designed to open the user's email client upon submission instead of directly sending the information entered by the user. This requires users to take an additional step of sending the email from their client, potentially leading to a disjointed user experience and other issues such as data security concerns and increased risk of user errors (in some cases it certainly works, however there's a user knowledge behavior in service websites).

It seems we have to enhance the user experience by modifying the process to directly submit user inputs through our website. This approach has to simplify the process and ensures better data management.

I propose that we discuss and consider implementing this change to improve our service and user engagement.
