clone: false not working #117

I have two blocks within the body tag: navigation and wrapper, thus my settings are

menu: '#navigation'
panel: '#wrapper'

While clone is set to false, my navigation is showing up twice (once within .jPanelMenu-panel and once inside .jPanelMenu-menu).

Using jQuery cdn with local fallback to ui 1.11.4

Any suggestions?
