feat: Create Settings page #84
Description
Problem / Motivation
Make settings page with:
- Email preferences (marketing + matches as separate checkboxes)
- Mark account inactive (explain to user w/ popup what it does, 2 year deadline before deletion, etc.)
- Delete account (w/ double step check like type "MeteorMate" to confirm)
