Animation mode

Add ability to run in “animation-mode”, in which each step in the optimization is shown in the map window. Indeed, this should be the default mode. There should still be an option to run not in animation mode, but as is currently done.

Hi Eugene,

One of the requirements from Derek was to add animation to optimization/relax map. Would it be possible to get intermediate co-ordinates for each of the points on the map, so that a animation could be created?
