It doesn't work with Swift 3 and Xcode 8

I try to use this repository with the current Swift version and Xcode 8 but it gives me an error, i try some solutions but they didn't work.

I'm sorry, but I haven't maintained this project, so it's outdated and no longer working.

When I open Clients/iPhone/Chats.xcodeproj with Xcode 11.0 (11A420a), Xcode shows me an alert that says:

Unsupported Swift Version

This workspace has projects that contain source code developed with Swift 3.x. This version of Xcode does not support building or migrating Swift 3.x targets.

Use Xcode 10.1 to migrate the code to Swift 4.

Unfortunately, I don't have plans to update this project.
