Hello,
I am trying to follow all your instructions but without any luck.
Steps I have done:

  1. Installation GO and Singularity
  2. Clone your repo and enter repo
  3. execute sudo singularity build --sandbox BWA Singularity
  4. execute sudo singularity build BWA.simg BWA
  5. trying to execute sudo singularity shell BWA.simg --> byt then error occured ERROR: /bin/sh does not exist in container
    Do you have any idea why this occured?

Hi, I will recommend to use Apache Arrow latest release with latest Arrow integrated BWA instead of Singularity.

Let me know if you really need to install through Singularity.
