WWW: Complete website footer

This issue is to track completion of the website footer:

• License for website content: likely CC-BY-SA-4.0. We need to harmonize this with the Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy - we do not currently plan to collect any visitor data so this can probably be a simple statement explaining that. Need to check for GDPR.
• Terms of Service - we can probably reuse the layout of https://aboutcode.org/terms. Since the website will be hosted on nexB's Dreamhost account we may need to keep nexB as the website owner/operator, but there may be some potential conflict with presenting the website as "Copyright AboutCode Europe ASBL"
• Credits - something similar to the layout at https://aboutcode.org/credits/ should work with updated content

I’d be happy to help out with this issue. I can draft the Privacy Policy for the website footer, keeping it straightforward, aligned with the plan of not collecting visitor data, and mindful of GDPR requirements.

In that case, I’d be happy to help with the non-governance parts — for example:

- Drafting or reviewing the footer text around the website content license (CC-BY-SA-4.0) and how it links to the Terms of Service
- Helping adapt the Terms of Service layout from https://aboutcode.org/terms to fit this site’s footer and structure

Should we use CC-BY-SA-4.0 or CC-BY-4.0 (attribution only) for the www.aboutcode.org website content?
This would mostly affect original content like blogs.
The current (Elementor-based) site TOS for Site Content is effectively proprietary - requiring prior written permission from nexB to reuse content.

@mjherzog CC-BY-SA-4.0 or CC-BY-4.0 are both fine, and we definitely want an open license. Let's go with CC-BY-SA-4.0.
