WWW: Create About pages

This issue is to track content for the About pages:

• Contribute - for contribution guidelines based on CONTRIBUTING.rst from aboutcode.org on GH
• Events - for events like our FOSDEM workshop and where we participate like FOSDEM itself
• Meetings - for public aboutcode like Monday Community, Tuesday VulnerableCode and ?
• News - for news like approval of ECMA-427 for PURL
• Releases - to post recent 2025 releases of major AboutCode projects and automated feeds from GitHub in future
• Resources - for links to recent AboutCode videos on YouTube or FOSS conference sites

For each page we need to design the format and find content from the current www.aboutcode.org side (e.g., videos) or other sources. We will create sub-issues here for the details.
