Add a carousel to the home page's banner

This is a feature request: Add a carousel to the homepage banner.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to provide a solution in which you can utilise several carousel libraries, such as react slick or owl carousel, to add a carousel functionality to the homepage banner.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Go to the homepage and add the carousel feature to the banner image.
