Customize the rotor

Hello,
I like the rotor that Braille Extender adds a rotor to NVDA, but it would be nice to be able to customize what actually is included in that rotor, as there is a decent amount in there that I don't need. So, first and most important would be the ability to check or uncheck those elenets, and another nice move would be the ability to reorder them, but if we can't reorder, at least being able to remove stuff we don't need would be great.
