We should convert the aaLogReader and aaLogWebAPI projects to .NET Core at a minimum. I've started looking into it.

@ryanvs so sorry I didn't see this come across - for some reason I didn't get notified. I think it's a great idea to bring the codebase up to something a little more current. I don't have a lot of spare cycles right now but open to a PR if you get something you are happy with.

I don't have a lot of spare cycles either, but I'll try to find some time here and there and see if I can get it done.
