How do I uncensor?

Can't find it in the slightest and no tutorials anywhere that I could find. PLEASE.

I'm not the best person for this, but in my research I found this:

In the alternative folder, there are 3 modes of uncensoring. For mkiii, you need to use "29_hexacc_v52_mkiii.pp2", to use ex2 and ex-s_ii_ you need to use "29_hexacc_v52_ex2.pp2"
EDIT: Don't use them all at the same time.
