Why is this important?

A2A CLI is new. Understanding anonymous usage & adoption metrics is essential for the growth of CLI.

At the same time, it is essential to respect user privacy. scarf.sh seem to provides a clear path for data collection and user controls to opt out.

The A2A CLI Development team + community can prioritize bug fixes & feature improvements according to usage metrics.

Updates from A2A-CLI's discord.

• Most countries like to use Opt-In feature rather than Opt-Out that Scarf.sh provides. While there are work arounds. We may need to re-think this idea or post-pone this idea for later.

• Goal of this metrics is only to get signals that tool is being resourcefulness. Without any metrics, we may never know if our work is being helpful.
