Most countries like to use Opt-In feature rather than Opt-Out that Scarf.sh provides. While there are work arounds. We may need to re-think this idea or post-pone this idea for later.
Goal of this metrics is only to get signals that tool is being resourcefulness. Without any metrics, we may never know if our work is being helpful.
