Describe the bug
After downloading an model on pocketpal and then pressing the button load the app crashed without giving any information or anything on why it crashed. So I thought there maybe a problem with this model then I downloaded other 3 of model and ran every single one of them again and again and every time app crashed upon loading them, I am unable to find solution anywhere, I have done clearing cache etc etc whatever I could do.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Installed the app for the first time on my Android
  2. Opened up the app
  3. Firstly I Downloaded the Danube 3
  4. After download completion I loaded the module by clicking on the load option
  5. For second app holds and then crashes (closes)
  6. I installed other modules (phi 3.5, smolm2) to check if the problem is with Danube 3
  7. After loading them same crash happens

Expected behavior
I expected the app to run and work properly but app crashes upon loading any module and then back to please load a module to start chatting

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Tecno spark 20 pro+
  • OS: Android 14
  • App Version: 1.4.6

Additional context
I also closed background running apps and freed some memory for this for proper working. If there is way to check app logs and crash reports then I am ready to that as well if you want.
