[Feat]: Add support for LaTeX formatting in PocketPal's. #138

Why:

Users need to write complex math formulas
Current format doesn't support proper math notation
Essential for technical and educational use cases

Implementation:
Consider using KaTeX or MathJax for rendering, supporting both inline and block equations.

Example:
Input: $$\frac{dx}{dt} = \alpha x + \beta$$
