Feature Summary
In the page where the light curve can be folded, show the folded light curve ("period" tag on top) by default.
There are cases where the metadata does not include a period. It should do the mag in that case (currently the
period tag does not appear in such a case).

Skyportal now defaults to a 1-day period when no other period is available, making the period tab always visible. With the large amount of non-periodic sources posted to Skyportal, perhaps it is best to continue defaulting to the mag view.
