Yellow highlighting of active area in game with press of Galaxys S-Pen

I am using not my finger but the pen that comes with the tablet (SM-P605) and I have a strange highlighting of areas in yellow when I press the pen. This is with the old stable (0.7.1) and the beta (0.7.2) version.
To reproduce it I use the tablet with the pen and not at all with my finger, in the beginning.
Start the game, walk around, all fine. Using only the pen. At some point in time I tab once with the finger and then continue with the pen for everything and voila, the symptoms show up: A green frame appears and pressing the pen without releasing it leaves a yellow window - only in combat! (maybe a repaint issue):

Taking off the pen makes it go away, everything to normal but the condition stays, indicated by a green frame around the game surface. In all combats my "clicking"/"tapping" is highlighting the window in yellow until I let go.

Sometimes I get a small part of a green screen on the lower edge of the game surface window.

As advised in the forums I deactivated "Optimized drawing" option but that didn't change anything.

Also, sometimes areas are surrounded with a green frame (e.g. buttons, sometimes the combat bar). Then pressing the button highlights that button in the same yellow that you can see on the yellow screen. As an example I show a list of dropped items. Left side is the tap with the S-Pen, right side is the usual highlighting. The colors are different so maybe there is a clue.

I am not certain about it but it seems to be like an "active area" is (sometimes, see above) encircled green and when pressing there with the pen it is completely repainted in yellow until I let go. In the following screenshot everything, even the writing is covered.

Maybe all this information helps you somehow. I don't mind the yellow eye-cancer anymore but maybe this goes deeper than just being annoying :)
