Ethereum: Add Support for Beachon-Chain #82
Description
As part of Ethereum 2.0 an additional blockchain is part of the Ethereum blockchain: The Beacon Chain:

This means:
- Add support for all platforms: Hadoop, Flink, Hive, Spark
- Add unit tests
- Add examples
