Libra: Add Analytics for Libra Blockchain #65
Description
The libra blockchain is a permissive blockchain created by a large industry consortium consisting of Facebook, Paypal, Visa etc. With such industry support, it is worth investigating and analyzing the transactions on the Libra blockchain.
Goal is to create an HadoopInputFormat, HiveSerde, Flink and Spark support.
