Use project.build.outputTimestamp as default value for zipDateTime

Since Maven now defines the project.build.outputTimestamp property as the default build time, would it be possible to use this value if present for the zipDateTime parameter instead of 2000-01-01 00:00:00?

That's a good idea. I may add this feature next week if I have some free time, or you can propose a PR in the mean time.
