Visible width for GxEPD2_213c_GDEY0213F51

The 4-color GDEY0213F51 is one of those 2.13" panels that has a 122x250 visible resolution but a panel resolution of 128x250.

The fix for this resolution difference is applied in GxEPD2_BW.h and GxEPD2_3C.h, but is missing in GxEPD2_4C.h which affects rendering on GDEY0213F51.

The following patch should fix that for anybody who runs into this issue:
