PROBLEEM
Afbeeldingen zonder alt-tag zijn voor mensen met een beperking niet te gebruiken.

BESCHRIJVING
Afbeeldingen die inhoudelijk ook echt iets toevoegen (en dus niet enkel een visuele functie hebben) dienen ook voorzien te worden van een duidelijke beschrijving in de alt-tag.
