Added Zematus#311 and arrival dates for groups

2 new map modes:
"Formation Date" under Polity Data & "Human Arrival" under Debug
The only problem is that as the simulation goes on, the color differences between the cells disappears, but this problem is unsolvable as theres only that many colors in a slice of the rgb color spectrum
