.build.sh file does not work #37

I'm trying to run this example in my computer, but after run .build.sh i get the following error:

./build.sh Watch                                               
dirname: missing operand
Try 'dirname --help' for more information.
./build.sh: line 12: mono: command not found

I'm using ubuntu 20.04 LTS and My dotnet version is 3.1.405
