A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When you have any menu open, if you click the screen, the cursor disappears, and on any menu other than the main menu, if you press the up or down arrow, the cursor re-appears on the top menu option.
However, on the main menu, if you click and make the cursor disappear, then whenever you press the down arrow, a cursor movement noise happens but the cursor stays hidden. (And if you press the up arrow, the cursor re-appears on the last menu option, which is what I expect though the other menus are inconsistent with that.)

I'm used to getting to the Options menu by pressing escape and mashing the down arrow key some number of times (just once if the cursor was previously left by me on the "New Game" menu which is frequently the case) until I see the cursor on the Options menu. However, if I had recently clicked on the game menu, then I just end up uselessly mashing the down arrow key and having nothing happen until I notice something is up and come up with a new plan for getting through the menu.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

Explain how to reproduce

  1. Open the game and the main menu.
  2. Click the screen (not on any menu button).
  3. Press down many times and notice the cursor is nowhere to be found.
