Cannot login with "guest" account #19

不能使用guest登入

如何重現

點選「新增訂閱看板」
跳出「請輸入PTT登入帳號」
輸入「guest」
跳出「請輸入PTT登入密碼」
guest帳號不需要密碼，直接按Enter
出現「需要帳密才能使用 VSCode PTT 噢！」

使用環境

vscode-ptt 版本:
v0.3.2
VSCode 版本:
Version: 1.39.2 (user setup)
Commit: 6ab598523be7a800d7f3eb4d92d7ab9a66069390
Date: 2019-10-15T15:35:18.241Z
